This 2 day course for front line field supervisors will focus on principles of leadership. Topics include leadership versus management, characteristics of leaders and crew members, considerations when training, generational and cultural differences in the workplace, understanding what motivates people, and developing a leadership style that works. Lead On is open to supervisors and prospective supervisors of any experience level. Date: 03/29 - 03/30/2012
